Thanks for stopping by Xact90! I’m Patrick Campanale, and I run Xact90 as a DBA of Campanale LLC in Tennessee. When I say “I,” “me,” or “Xact90” on this page, that’s who I mean. When I say “you,” I mean you, the person using the site or buying something from it.
I don’t know everyone who visits personally, so these terms spell out the ground rules for using the site, buying Xact90 guides and parts, and using any files you download. By using the site or buying from it, you’re agreeing to them. I may update these terms from time to time; when I make a significant change, I’ll update the date at the top. These terms do include a limitation of my liability.
Accounts
- You’re responsible for keeping your account and password secure. I can’t be responsible for loss or damage if someone else gets into your account because a password was shared or reused.
- You must be a human. Accounts created by bots or other automated methods aren’t allowed.
- If you abuse the site, the shop, or me (including threats or harassment), I may close your account.
Choosing the right fit
Xact90 guides are made for specific sander models. Each product page lists the exact models it’s made for. Please check the model number printed on your tool against that list before you order. A similar name or the same pad size doesn’t guarantee a fit. If you’re not sure, email me first and I’ll help you figure it out.
Buying and shipping
- Prices are in U.S. dollars. I currently sell and ship to customers in the United States only.
- Sales tax is added at checkout where it’s required.
- Printed guides are made to order. Shipping times, damaged packages, and returns are covered in my shipping, returns and refunds policy.
- Payments are handled by the payment processor you choose at checkout. Their own terms apply to the payment itself.
- If a price or listing on the site is wrong, I may cancel the affected order and refund you in full before it ships.
Digital files and your license
Some Xact90 designs may be offered as printable files. After checkout, your files are available from your order confirmation and from your account. There’s no download limit or expiration, but please keep your own copy too.
Each file is licensed for personal use only by the person who bought it. That means you can print guides for your own tools and your own shop. You may not:
- sell printed parts made from the files;
- sell, share, give away, or redistribute the files themselves, whether original or modified;
- upload the files to file-sharing, model-sharing, or print-on-demand services.
If you want to do something this license doesn’t cover, just ask me.
Tool brands and trademarks
Xact90 is an independent product line. It isn’t affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any tool manufacturer, including 3M, Bosch, DeWalt, Festool, Makita, Mirka, Ridgid, or SurfPrep. Brand and model names appear on this site only to identify which tools a product is made for, and those trademarks belong to their owners.
Content on the site
The Xact90 designs, photos, videos, writing, and look of this site belong to me or the people who licensed them to me. You’re welcome to share links and talk about what you see here, but please don’t copy, reproduce, or resell my content without written permission.
Your privacy
I only use your information as described in my privacy policy.
Use your tools safely
Sanders are power tools. Unplug your sander or remove its battery before you fit or adjust a guide, follow your tool manufacturer’s instructions, and wear appropriate eye, hearing, and dust protection. Fitting a guide may affect your tool’s warranty; check with the manufacturer if that matters to you. You’re responsible for using your tools and equipment safely.
The site and products are provided “as is”
I make Xact90 parts and this site with care, but I can’t promise that every part or file will work perfectly with every tool, printer, material, or software version, or that the site will always be available and error-free.
Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Xact90 and Campanale LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, that come from your use of the site, the products, the files, or anything you make with them. If I am found liable for anything, my total liability is limited to the amount you paid me for the item in question.
In plain English: I work hard to make good parts and give good advice, but how you use them is up to you. If something goes wrong with a purchase, email me and I’ll do my best to make it right.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
