How it works

    Each guide fits a specific sander. Similar names don’t always share a base, so check the label before you order.

    Fit the guide

    Attach it to your sander with the parts that come with it. The product page lists exactly what’s in the box.

    Sand the edge

    Keep the guide against the face of the board and work along the edge. It holds the pad at 90°.

Printed, built and shipped from one Tennessee workshop.

I’m Patrick, and I run Created Workshop. Jason designed Xact90 and refined it through more than a dozen revisions. In 2026 he passed the designs to me, and I’m carrying the line forward.

Each guide is 3D printed and assembled with metal hardware. Most standard guides use brass threaded inserts, so the screws never bite straight into plastic. I’m also the one who answers when you email.
