Problem: edge sanding sucks

Solution: Xact90
  • Cutting Boards

If you're ever cutting a checkered cutting board down to size and notice burn marks on the edge due to a dull blade, sanding the edges can be a challenge. One helpful tool to keep that flat edge on your board while precisely sanding out the burn marks is the Xact90. Additionally, don't forget to clean your saw blade for better results.

  • Table Top

You spend multiple days working through each step of milling down that perfect slab of walnut and then pour hundreds of dollars worth of epoxy in the middle of it. After that is all finished, you have to sand it to perfection. The edges deserve to be sanded properly without losing that perfect flat edge you put on them.

  • Cabinet Doors

While making full overlay cabinet doors, you have to be extremely mindful of the edge of the door. If you round over the edge at all, it will stick out like a sore thumb once it is on the cabinet with a finish on it. Don't let the simple mistake of rounding over the edge of your door be the cause for such an irritating headache.
